If you cannot attend an appointment we require 24 hours notice otherwise a cancellation fee will be charged. Please remember that an early cancellation may allow a patient in acute pain to be seen. Please note we only accept cash or cheque payments.

If you are seeking treatment under a private health scheme you may need your doctor to agree to a referral to us to ensure you are eligible to claim. When making an appointment please mention which insurer you will be claiming from to enable us to select the appropriately accredited osteopath.
